These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Website and purchases made through it.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. If you are under that age, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you.

3. Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, and display settings.

Because some products are made from natural materials or produced in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, measurements, or finish may occur. These natural variations are not necessarily defects.

Product measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Duties

Prices displayed on the US Website are shown in US dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes, duties, delivery costs, and other charges will be displayed before you complete your order. For orders delivered within the United States, taxes and duties are included where expressly stated on the Website or at checkout.

We may change our prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order we have already accepted.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, or administrative error, we may cancel the affected order. If payment has already been taken, we will provide a full refund and notify you.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation or otherwise confirm that the product has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order before dispatch for legitimate reasons, including:

The product is unavailable.
Payment could not be authorized.
The billing or shipping information appears incorrect or incomplete.
We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.
A material price or product-description error occurred.
The order violates applicable law or these Terms and Conditions.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled product.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Payment information is processed by our authorized payment providers. We do not receive or store complete payment-card details except where permitted and necessary for processing the transaction.

Your payment method may be authorized or charged when you place the order, depending on the selected payment method.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders for delivery within the United States are generally shipped through the delivery services identified on the Website or at checkout.

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and any free-shipping threshold will be displayed on the Website or during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delays can occasionally occur because of carrier disruption, weather, customs processing, incorrect address information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you when required and provide the options available under applicable law. These options may include accepting a revised delivery date or cancelling the affected order for a refund.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition with its tags and original packaging.

Before returning a product, contact hello@maisonlecomteflament.com. Please include your name and order number. We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

Unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or the return results from an error on our part, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

After the returned product has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Exchanges may be requested by contacting us. Exchanges remain subject to product availability.

Certain products may be excluded from return when permitted by law, such as personalized products or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Any applicable exclusion will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory rights you may have regarding defective, damaged, misdescribed, or non-conforming products.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@maisonlecomteflament.com.

We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions and expiration dates.

Unless expressly indicated otherwise:

Discount codes cannot be combined.
A discount code has no cash value.
A discount cannot be applied retroactively.
A promotion may be limited to particular products, territories, or customers.
Returns from a promotional order will be refunded based on the amount actually paid for the returned product.

We may withdraw or amend a promotion before an order is placed, provided this does not affect an order already accepted.

This provision does not affect any right to cancel an order or receive a refund when such a right is provided by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of any mandatory protections available under the laws applicable in the consumer’s place of residence.

Any dispute may be brought before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section requires a consumer to waive any mandatory right concerning jurisdiction or dispute resolution.

We may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our business, Website, policies, or legal obligations.

The version that applies to a purchase is the version available when the order is placed. Updated terms will not retroactively change an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.
