We hope your Maison Lecomte Flament piece brings you complete satisfaction.
However, if an item does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and with their original packaging.

Before sending your return, please contact our customer service team at hello@maisonlecomteflament.com.
Our team will provide you with the return procedure and US return address. Please include your name and order number with your return.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or if the item is defective.
