All US orders are shipped via UPS from within the United States.

UPS Shipping — $12
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days for orders placed before noon, Los Angeles time.

Complimentary shipping on orders over €500.
If the US site is priced in USD, I’d definitely change this threshold to a dollar amount for consistency.

All applicable duties and taxes are included, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received, refunds are issued within 7 business days.
